About Me

Hi! I’m Gia. I’m an Instructional Designer.

Where I have been: I have taught, mentored, and trained others for two decades. From classroom teaching and curriculum development to conducting large scale needs assessments and designing blended learning, I’ve done it all. My most recent role was with USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. I am proud to have served my country in that capacity.

Where I am: I am passionate about designing training that has an impact and looks amazing! I am great at writing scenarios for eLearning.

Where I’m going: I am setting out to change the way people think of eLearning, one training at a time.

What We Can Do Together: I love data, results, and symmetry. If you or your organization is looking for visually striking, results-driven learning solutions, drop me a line to discuss how we can work together.

Favorite Theories: Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Learning; Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory; Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction; C.R.A.P. Visual Design Principles
